Life's so short yet there are so many crafts to learn....
I’ve been a craft fanatic my whole life and it has most recently become a passion of mine. My mom taught me how to sew when I was very young. I remember making quilts with her guidance and eventually making clothes as I got older. I bought my own sewing machine a few years ago after wearing out my moms and my projects just seem to be piling up. Making things for around our home is what I love most but I also love scrapbooking and making jewelry. Pictures have always been something I cherish and I hope to one day learn how to use a digital SLR camera. My aunt taught me to make jewelry when I was very young. I have bins full of beads and have not touched them in years....hopefully one day. I recently finished school, got married, bought a house and had a baby which has prompted me to venture back into the craft world. I hope to chronicle my adventures in learning new things in this blog. I am no professional (although I do dream that I will make a career out of this one day) but I love using my creativity by imagining what can become of something.
